Are you currently sleeping rough?

People’s options and entitlement for accommodation can be complicated and technical. Therefore, the starting point for accessing lots of services is a thorough assessment with the Housing Advice Team.

You can go to the Citizen Service Point (CSP) at 100 Temple Street:

  • Monday, 9am to 4pm
  • Tuesday, 9am to 4pm
  • Wednesday, 10am to 4pm
  • Thursday, 9am to 4pm
  • Friday, 9am to 4pm

You can also attend a drop-in with the St Mungo’s Outreach Team at the Methodist Centre on Lincoln Street, Bristol BS5 0BJ:

  • Tuesday 10am-12pm
  • Wednesday 10am-12pm

Alternatively, you can report yourself on Streetlink, leaving contact details, and someone from the St Mungo’s Outreach Team will come to you when they are out on shift.

Are you about to become homeless, or already homeless but not currently sleeping rough?

If you need housing advice because you are about to become homeless, it is important that you get advice as soon as possible.

You can get advice at Bristol City Council’s Citizen Service Point.
